Here is pancake recipe;

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener

- 4 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 3/4 cups milk

- 1/4 cup butter

- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 1 large egg

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

2. Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, vanilla and egg.

3. Whisk the wet ingredients together, then slowly fold them into the dry ingredients until smooth.

4. Set the batter aside and heat a nonstick pan or griddle over low-medium heat.

5. Grease the pan with a small amount of butter, then pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.

6. Cook until the underside is golden and bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.

7. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve with your choice of toppings.
